SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

All artwork purchased from this website is professionally

packaged and insured. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. If there is a delay or special order, we’ll contact you directly with an estimated time of delivery.

if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the damage and do not throw any packaging materials away. After assessment we will design a plan to ensure that your artwork is repaired to your satisfaction or replaced with one of equal value.

INTERNATIONAL:

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Jan Welda is not responsible for customs and import duties and fees. Such charges vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the purchasers‘s responsibility to check with their local customs office to verify whether shipping permits the shipment of the product you have purchased.

SALES TAX:

Jan Welda charges sales taxes for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
